1. Definitions
In these general terms and conditions the following terms have the following meanings:
1. Reflection period: period within which the consumer can make use of his right of cancellation / right of withdrawal.
2. Consumer: natural person, not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the web shop.
3. Day: calendar day.
4. Durable data carrier: any means that enables the consumer or web shop to store information addressed to them in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction of stored information.
5. Dissolution right: right of the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the specified cooling-off period.
6. Webshop: the natural or legal person who offers products to consumers at a distance.
7. Distance contract: agreement between consumer and web store, realized remotely by using a system intended for that purpose.
8. In writing: in writing is also understood electronic communication, such as e-mail, provided that the identity of the sender and the authenticity of the communication are sufficiently established.

2. General
1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the webshop and to every distance contract concluded between the webshop and the consumer.
2. The agreement is concluded the moment the consumer accepts the offer from the web store and meets the conditions set for that offer.
3. Webshop immediately confirms receipt of acceptance of the offer. Until the webshop has sent this confirmation, the consumer can terminate the agreement.
4. In exception to paragraph 2, the agreement is only concluded after the webshop has been informed, within the legal frameworks, whether the consumer can meet his payment obligations and of other facts and factors that are important to responsibly conclude an agreement. to be able to switch on remotely. If there are sufficient grounds for refusal, the retailer has the right not to enter into the agreement, or at least to dissolve it or to attach special conditions to the agreement.

3. Cancellation right / Revocation
1. The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer in advance.
2. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer will only unpack or use the product to the extent that this is necessary for the assessment of the product.
3. If the consumer wishes to make use of the right of cancellation, he must report this in writing to the web store within the cooling-off period. Webshop will immediately send a confirmation of this message.
4. Products must be returned together with all delivered accessories and as much as possible in the original condition and packaging to the webshop, in accordance with the clear and reasonable instructions provided by the webshop.
5. In case of dissolution, the costs of the return shipment will be borne by the consumer.
6. After dissolution, the consumer must return the product within 14 days in accordance with the provisions in paragraph 4.
7. Webshop will reimburse the payments received from the consumer within fourteen days after termination.

4. Exclusion Right of Cancellation / Withdrawal
The right of dissolution is excluded for the following products:
a. which have been created by the webshop in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
b. products specially ordered for the consumer;
c. for loose fabrics and buttons;
d. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market on which the web shop has no influence;

5. Delivery
1. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the web shop.
2. The webshop will deliver orders within 3 days at the latest, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. The web store will report delays in delivery in a timely manner.
3. The consumer has the right to dissolve if delivery only takes place after these 3 days or can take place without this having been agreed in advance. Webshop will, in case of dissolution, reimburse the payments received from the consumer within 14 days.
4. Webshop is entitled to deliver the order in parts if the full order is not in stock. The additional costs for a second delivery are for the account of the webshop.
5. The risk of missing products is transferred to the consumer at the time of delivery to the consumer or a third party designated by them in advance.
6. For an order placed with the payment option "advance payment", a payment obligation with a period of 30 days applies.

6. Liability
Webshop is not liable for:
1. damage caused by purchase and / or use of delivered products;
2. damage to third party;
3. fines / MOT inspection because certain LED replacement lamps do not meet the vehicle requirements;
4. fines for mounting and / or conducting additional lighting supplied by the web shop to the consumer;
5. damage caused by the condition referred to in paragraph 3.

7. Warranty / Complaint
1. The consumer is obliged to inspect these for defects after receipt of the delivered goods. In the event of this being present, the consumer must notify the web store in writing within 24 hours. If the consumer does not inform the online store of defects within 24 hours after the day of delivery, the right to complain will lapse. Complaints submitted must be provided with clear photos of the defects.
2. Webshop does not guarantee a trouble-free system (canbus) because original lighting is replaced by LED replacement lamps.
3. Defects caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty.
4. Color differences can occur with similar products and are not covered by the warranty, unless the difference is so great.
5. Products have been extensively tested by the webshop and have a warranty period of 6 months;
6. At the request of the consumer, specially ordered products that cannot be extensively tested by the webshop are not eligible for the warranty period of 6 months.

 8. Complaints and Disputes
1. Only Dutch law applies to agreements between the webshop and the consumer
2. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be reported in writing to the webstore in a fully and clearly described manner within a reasonable time, but no later than 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.
3. Complaints submitted to the web store will be answered within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. If the complaint cannot be resolved within 14 days, the webshop will report this in time and give an indication of the period within which the consumer may expect a solution.
